USEL is Awarded Prestigious Silver Investors in People Award

USEL are delighted to be celebrating after achieving the prestigious Silver Investors in People Award which recognises best practice in business.

The organisation was judged based on a framework of key performance indicators which were assessed at all levels, from top management down to frontline practice. The new tiers of Bronze, Silver and Gold accreditation are reserved for companies that have achieved beyond and above the basic 39 standards of working practices.
 
Silver accreditation shows a forward thinking and expansive approach to best practice through every level of the organisation and demonstrates a progressive approach to business improvement through people .
