What direction is your business going in
Gain the tools, knowledge and know how to develop your business plan for growth! Belfast City Council, supported by Work West, is offering a new programme of support for small businesses and social enterprises seeking to grow their business in the Belfast City Council area.
The challenging economic conditions make it critical for businesses to develop a competitive advantage - Belfast City Council’s Strategy in Business Programme is here to help. No matter what sector you operate in, your stage of development or the support you need the Strategy in Business Programme will not only help you to identify potential solutions for your business but also help you to implement the necessary change in your company.
Kirsty Spencer from Orchardville was a previous programme participant “The programme has enabled me to think in a different way about business. The workshops taken by Prof. Mark Durkin and Prof. Pauric McGowan where brilliant, very informative and worthwhile. They related everything back to real life case-studies which allowed us to see how this would work within our own organisations. My mentor was invaluable to a lot of changes we are putting into process at the moment. It’s a great opportunity for any business or social enterprise wanting to develop or grow their business”
Other social enterprises to participate include NOW Ltd, Springfield Charitable Association and Escape CIC.
Providing up to five days of mentoring, an accreditation from the University of Ulster and an opportunity to compete for a £500 bursary, the Strategy in Business Programme offers a targeted gateway to growth for your business.
